There is a great deal of free information out there mostly on the internet.
I have little formal education and have learnt by trial and error.
COM SEC and the ASX sight have plenty of info and I find that Peter Switzers gives out fantastic information on corporate news via internet TV, and Adam Kohler (Business Sunday)has his own sight on the web called Business Spectator.I personally trade through COM SEC.
There are also plenty of vultures out there.
Rodger Montgomery also talks a lot of sense regarding intrinsic value of companys.

Hey James great blog, it would be great if you could mention what books you have been read and recommend, I trade the market part time/ poker part time as well.. there is so much info out there its good to have what books you found are the best and I think it could save people a lot of time. If you have time it would be interesting if you were to explain a practical examples of content covered in your articles, I’m looking for to your tax articles as well.
